About Me
As a therapist, I value genuine human connection and reflective, collaborative work. With a Psychology degree, an MSc in Integrative Counselling (Level 7), and experience in helping professions, I create a warm, grounded space for clients to explore challenges and build resilience. My approach is shaped by both professional training and personal experience, balancing focus, rest, creativity, and everyday life. I enjoy music, chess, video games, films, nature walks, and quality time with family and friends. These experiences help me bring balance, creativity, and empathy to my work
A space for self-understanding
and making practical changes
I provide a warm and non-judgmental space for adults over the age of 18 who live in the UK and wish to explore life's many complexities. Whether you are navigating difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, work-related stress, or the major life transitions that can feel overwhelming, we can work together to help find clarity and a way to move forward.
Beyond exploring specific struggles, my practice also integrates positive-psychology focused work to help you build resilience, find personal meaning, and enhance your overall wellbeing. Together, we look toward the alleviation of distress, as well as the cultivation of the inner-wisdom required to thrive and move forward.
"Who looks outside, dreams;
who looks inside, awakes".
